Personal Riding Insurance
Insurance is available to members through SUREWISE. Further details and the application form can be found in the above links.
It is mandatory for all qualified SAERA members wishing to compete in 80km events and above to own and wear their own bibs. Novice riders will be exempted until they gain open status. Although if you are a member, you are also welcome to have your own bib for ‘training and introductory rides’.
The bibs are a High Visibility Vest yellow in colour and will have night reflection strips. Your riding number will be related to your membership number. Please note that this is unfortunately not negotiable as this is your AERA number and a number given is for life. This number is then to be used at every ride you enter and you will have this riding number for the duration of your career, it can be used on
multiple horses.
To order your bib, please forward your details and $32 payment to:
saera5@adam.com.au OR
Lainie Ray
PO Box 176
BIRDWOOD 5234
Please include your membership number and cheque/money order or if paying by EFT, proof of payment
