COVID Requirements
These instructions are subject to change so please keep an eye on things as we keep up with our rapidly changing world
Any individuals experiencing any symptoms that might be associated with COVID-19 infection MUST NOT attend the event. A FULL refund will be provided to any rider who is unable to attend due to illness and advises before the 26th July. Refunds will not be provided to anyone asked to leave the event

You are encouraged to download and use the COVIDSAFE App while attending the event.
While hand sanitiser will be available at key points it would be greatly appreciated if all riders also supplied their own
SATURDAY
11:30am Ride Base opens – you will be greeted at the gate where your name and anyone with you will have their details checked off or recorded and your temperature taken.
1pm Entries open – please allow plenty of time as process may be slower than usual. Please minimise the number of people going to the entry desk, use social distancing while lining up and BYO pen
2 to 5pm Vet ring opens – please minimise the number of people going to the vet ring and use social distancing while waiting
SUNDAY
6am 80km starts
7:30am ride desk opens – please allow plenty of time before your ride start time to enter and vet
9am 20km and 40km starts – ride talk will be under saddle, 10 mins prior to the ride start time
10am 10km start – ride talk will be under saddle, 10 mins prior to the ride start time
To Enter
Go to nominate to enter and have the name, address and phone number of everyone attending the event. These details will be required on entry and confirmed at the gate.
Fees
80km $95 entry
40km $45 entry
20km $25 entry
10km $15 entry
Plus $15 day membership for non-members
Late Fee $20
Overnight Camping Fee – $5 per adult and $2 per child (to be paid when entering)
Riding Permit – if you do not have an annual forestry permit, a day or annual permit can be purchased prior to the event. You will need proof of purchase when entering
Biosecurity
All horses must have a completed three day temperature log
No frills event
No end of event presentation however completion ribbons/plaques will still be awarded
No catering will be available for riders, strappers or volunteers.
All hay, manure and rubbish to be taken away with you
